Domino's Pizza Alfortville

Hello I was served on July 1st, 2026 at 11:15 PM By the only employee A disaster! Horrible service. The man was scratching his nose, no hygiene whatsoever. I dared to ask him a question, and he got angry. So, avoid pizzas with boogers! I left it with some homeless people, and they didn't see him scratching his nose. Usually, the other team is super professional, but this employee works with a bad attitude.

This is already my second large order from them... I scheduled the order via the app, choosing the pickup time, and no surprises, the pizzas were ready on time. Otherwise, their menu system works pretty well for me. Plus, the service is super friendly, and frankly, the pizzas are good :-)

A truly terrible experience with them. I placed an Uber Eats order on June 10th. I ordered an Indian pizza, a bottle of Fanta, and some sides. Upon delivery, several problems arose: The pizza I received didn't resemble an Indian pizza at all and even contained pieces that shouldn't have been part of the recipe. The taste was so disappointing that we couldn't even finish it, and to this day, I don't recognize the pizza model from the list of available options... The bottle of Fanta I ordered was replaced with a simple can. After I called, the restaurant finally came back to deliver the bottle, but this doesn't erase the initial mistake. Regarding the sides, the advertised quantities were not accurate. The Chickenitos consisted of only two pieces, and the Cheesy Bread seemed barely cooked, with the dough still raw. The most disappointing thing is that we only noticed all these problems after we'd started eating, because we trusted the restaurant to fulfill our order. NEVER AGAIN!! If I had read the reviews before ordering, I probably never would have ordered from them. A very disappointing experience that I don't want to repeat.

Fast service and welcoming staff!

For two pizzas, one of which required a substitution (onions for olives): A 25-minute wait when it was advertised as 10 minutes (without any warning during the wait; unforeseen circumstances happen, but I was also expected). A free pizza was offered, which seemed nice, but unfortunately, the substitution wasn't made (so it ended up in the bin due to a severe intolerance). The same pizza (the one that should have been fine) had its bacon replaced with lardons, and the chicken was missing. In short, if I hadn't wanted my pizzas, I would have preferred to stay home instead of paying €25.

Since Bakary left, the quality of the pizzas has steadily declined. Last time, I ordered some for my daughters and the dough was raw. Just today, I ordered another pizza, and it was so overcooked it was dry.

No one answered my phone call.

I agree with the other reviews. The first time, there was a one-hour delay, which was refunded. The second time, there was another delay. I ordered a large size because there are four of us, and I can see that it's exactly like a medium size, as I've already gone to the store to pick up a medium one. Furthermore, it's burnt and dry, not meltable. I don't recommend it at all.

The pizza is very good, especially the Margherita and the kebab. I recommend you go there; the people are very friendly and there are plenty of drinks.
