I tried the Panozzo sandwich and it was delicious! I also had the Copioso, and the charcuterie was excellent and very generously filled. It was more than enough for me. I went on a Sunday around 4 pm, and there were plenty of seats. The place is small, with some seating inside and some outside. Drinks were included with the sandwich. The service was quick, about 10 minutes.

The panozzo are overpriced for what they are, especially compared to the competition. The tomatoes, advertised as candied, aren't (just basic cherry tomatoes), the charcuterie isn't good quality (too salty), and on top of all that, they charged me an extra €20. Luckily, I noticed.

If I had known it was Italian Kitchen, I never would have ordered. So I ordered, waited two hours, paid €30, and received something tasteless, completely soggy! Disgusting, may God forgive me. I also ordered a tiramisu, of course, which wasn't in the bag. I called the restaurant, and the man told me the delivery driver had delivered it, but I'd make one for myself. Of course, I'd come over. After a two-hour wait, I placed the order at 10 PM and received it at 11:50 PM! Anyway, if I had known it was the old Italian Kitchen, I never would have ordered. €30 down the drain.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we felt a cold and unpleasant welcome. A member of staff immediately created an awkward atmosphere with a very rude gesture by trying to place a cloth behind us. The person at the register taking our order was not at all welcoming and seemed annoyed when we asked simple questions. Furthermore, by 9:30 pm, all the items we wanted to order were already sold out, which added to our disappointment. We had to order a merguez pizza out of desperation, but it was still good. We mostly felt that our presence was a nuisance rather than appreciated. A minimum of courtesy and consideration towards customers would be expected. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, even though we are regulars at Italian Kitchen.
