Domino's Pizza Paris 18 - Stephenson

Disappointing experience. I went on Sunday for takeaway pizzas and the welcome was very cold. The employee was unpleasant, barely said hello, and showed no smile or friendliness whatsoever. It doesn't make me want to come back at all. Take some training to improve your customer service.

I am writing to share my experience of the unacceptable behavior of the manager at this Domino's store. After calling to place an order, the manager, who apparently makes customers repeat themselves and uses very vulgar language in an aggressive tone, spoke to us very rudely and hung up on us several times, even though we simply wanted to place our order. We demand that this employee be either reprimanded or dismissed. It is unacceptable to speak to customers in this manner. The customer is supposed to be king! According to some reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I would also like to add that he refused to answer the phone after hanging up on us.

I ordered a double pepperoni pizza and a cannibal pizza and paid €25 for it. When I got home I saw that it was actually two margaritas.

I rarely come here, but each time I'm not disappointed. Despite the slightly high prices, it's nice to have a hot meal when you forget your own.

Back in 2013, your pizzas had real flavor, with more toppings. Now, I feel like there's half as much on them, so all you taste is the pizza bread. It's become bland, which is a shame.

It's a shame, the pizza is good but the gentleman at the reception is unpleasant…

They are efficient and very pleasant!!
