Pizza Firenze

Arrived at 11 pm, served very quickly despite the crowd, prices more than perfect, for example pizza €15, bottle of Côtes de Provence 75cl €19, and with a smile to boot. Second visit. We won't look anywhere else after a concert at the Olympia. I highly recommend it.

The food was disappointing, the salad was visibly not fresh. The restaurant really helped me appreciate cooking at home. Customer service: rude.

Food was terrible and somehow came out in 7 minutes, which is the only fast thing about this place except how quickly I regretted it. The guy running the floor is rude and has a real talent for making the food taste even worse than it already did. They rush you out like there’s a line wrapped around the block, meanwhile the reviews suck, the dining room’s empty, and the food lives down to every word of it

The food was delicious, but the service was very poor—especially since we were tourists in Paris on a very sunny day, so we decided to stop for a drink and a bite to eat before continuing on our way. When we arrived at the restaurant and said we wanted to share a meal, the waiter’s annoyance was immediately apparent, so I asked him three times, “Is there a problem?” He didn’t answer any of them. From that point on, the service was terrible. I think the restaurant has the potential to be better, but the service is very poor.

Far too many choices on the menu to guarantee homemade food. Hairs in the pasta, industrial pizza dough with lots of mediocre cheese, a supposedly XXL ribeye that was just average, cocktails with cheap alcohol, undrinkable rosé…in short, there were seven of us, and we all unanimously said, don't go there.

A restaurant straight out of another era, with a menu boasting an alarming number of dishes of all kinds, from salads and burgers to meat, fish, and pasta. For pizzas alone, there are no fewer than 38 possible choices! The arrival of our orders confirmed our suspicions: barely acceptable pizzas that seemed to be made from pre-made bases, undrinkable wines, a dubious spritz with a more than strange aftertaste, a mojito with rotten mint leaves (black leaves), and a diabolo that sends blood sugar soaring with over 4 cm of syrup to be diluted in already excessively sweet 7Up. The pasta was no different: poor quality ingredients, with one plate containing hair and a piece of dust/fabric. You'll understand why we didn't continue our meal until dessert... Another unpleasant detail: people smoking near the entrance of the restaurant, by the windows that open onto the street. The draft blew cigarette smoke right in our faces throughout the entire meal. As you can see, avoid this place!

Located on Rue de Caumartin, the pizza menu is very extensive. I had the steak and was quite satisfied; I chose the XXL size with Gorgonzolo cheese. The meat was juicy and tender, though it could have been slightly less tenderized. The fries were fantastic. We also ordered four-cheese pasta to share; the pasta was average, but the meat was delicious. The atmosphere of the place is also nice. For dessert, we chose tiramisu, which wasn't very good.

If you're near the Olympia or the Théâtre Édouard VII, don't hesitate to go to this very welcoming, friendly, and convivial restaurant – the food is excellent.

Ideally located in a beautiful neighborhood just steps from the department stores and the Olympia concert hall, Pizzeria Firenze boasts a prime location. It's actually quite charming to eat surrounded by photos of all the celebrities who have graced the Olympia stage and frequented the establishment. It's clear the restaurant enjoyed its heyday in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, but the problem is that it seems to have been somewhat forgotten since. The decor is completely dated and outdated, giving it a rather unsightly feel. As for the food, it's a disappointment: the prices are far too high for the quality of the ingredients. The menu is extensive, and in the end, everything was incredibly greasy and the dough was truly awful. The service is adequate, but if you have the choice, steer clear and choose another restaurant in the area.
