I love this place

I placed an order with an extra barbecue sauce, but it was missing from the delivery. I called the restaurant to report the omission, and instead of simply acknowledging a mistake (which can happen), they insisted the sauce had been included and clearly questioned my word. I even had to send a photo of my order to prove it wasn't there… which is quite unbelievable. As a customer, I know what I'm getting. It's not so much the omission itself that's the problem, but the way the situation was handled. A little trust, an apology, or a gesture of goodwill would have been much more appropriate. Very disappointed.

They don't answer the phone to order, which is unacceptable.
