Orders scheduled for delivery 10-10:15 PM But at 11 PM, still not received. What service! Disappointed the first time, just like the last.

I ordered a pan Supreme expecting something close to the American version. It was okay. Almost close to it. The American version has Italian sausage but the French version has ground beef. The dough was ok but would've been so much better if it was cooked longer where the crust was a golden brown. I have been missing American pizza ever since moving to France, and this was the closest yet.

I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut's telephone service. It is simply impossible to place an order by phone. The person I spoke to was very unpleasant, with no patience or understanding for customers who work and don't necessarily have the time to go to the restaurant to order in person. Customer service should be attentive and make ordering easy, not complicated. This lack of professionalism is truly frustrating and gives a very bad impression of the brand. I hope that efforts will be made to improve telephone service and customer service.

Excellent welcome and the staff are pleasant, however there is a lot of demand and a waiting time of at least 30 minutes!
