Pizza Hut

This is my second time posting this review after my previous one was removed following a report. I’m reposting it because I believe customers deserve to know about the experience I personally witnessed at this location. A few years ago, on December 30, 2021, my family and I visited this Pizza Hut late at night. We were seated by a window with a clear view of the kitchen. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one employee open a can of olives. As soon as she smelled them, she made a disgusted face and even gagged. Another employee was washing dishes nearby. The first employee handed the olives to her, and while she was still at the sink, she smelled them several times and also looked disgusted. She then rinsed the olives in the same sink she had been using before they were sliced and placed on a pizza that was served to another table. I cannot say with certainty that the olives were spoiled because I never inspected them myself. However, the employees’ reactions made it seem as though something was seriously wrong with them. Watching them continue to prepare and serve the olives after reacting that way completely undermined my confidence in the food safety at this location. To be fair, the pizza we ordered was good. We were understandably nervous after what we had witnessed, but our pepperoni pizza tasted fine, and we didn’t have any issues with our own meal. I’m also very glad we didn’t order olives. I also want to mention that the customer service at the front counter was excellent. The employee who greeted us was kind, welcoming, and treated us very well, so I have no complaints about the service itself. However, based on what I personally witnessed, I genuinely believe this location should be inspected to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being followed. I’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything beyond what I personally saw, but the experience left me deeply concerned and I believe other customers deserve to be aware of it. The fact that my previous review was removed has only strengthened my determination to share what I personally witnessed. I believe customers have the right to know about experiences like mine and decide for themselves.

He was useless; he told me that at 3 a.m. it was more expensive than at 11 p.m.

Outright robbery!! The person answering the phone didn't provide proper information, didn't mention promotions, and didn't tell us about the exorbitant price charged PER pizza for delivery!! €20.30 instead of €13!!! Considering we ordered 10 pizzas, that makes the delivery extremely expensive!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The food and service is very good for me. My only comment is if it was more bigger space for dine in costumer it would be more great

A very good experience at this restaurant! The welcome is warm and the staff are really friendly and attentive. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and served piping hot. The service is quick, and the place is clean and pleasant for eating in. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a good pizza in the neighborhood. I will gladly return.

Everything is good

Tonight, I ordered a dessert menu and it arrived without dessert. After several calls (an hour!), they finally sent me one dessert instead of two. I had to call again only to be told they'd forgotten or hadn't been paying attention. When they finally sent the second dessert, instead of a brownie, I received chocolate brownie ice cream. So I gave up and went down to the 7th floor for the fourth time. In short, my first and worst experience involves this pizza hot. 🤧🤣😭🤬😡

Pizza great, service good, not very classy place to eat in. But all fine.
